Inquiry: Hello Xbox Enforcement Team,

I have spoken with a support chat representative named Jingle. They have pointed me in your

direction and said that you would be able to help. I would like to request the removal of gamerscore

history for several games that I no longer own and will never have the chance to complete. I have

removed the games from storage on my xbox 360 but still have gamerscore tied up to my live profile.

The games I want removed from my history are as follows:

Hexic HD

Kinect Adventures

Kinect Me

Rock Band

Rock Band 2

Guitar Hero Aerosmith

Guitar Hero Hits

Guitar Hero World Tour

Battlefield Bad Company 2

Call of Duty Ghosts - Xbox 360 version NOT Xbox one

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

Xbox gamertag transfer help

Hi i have a question about gamertag transfer from the 360 to the one and i know i can find this anywhere but my situation is a bit different. My 360 has never been connected to the internet but obviously my xbox one has, so can I transfer my 360 gamertag/gamerscore to my current xbox one gamertag/gamerscore?

Achievements

Hi i re downloaded my profile onto my 360 2 days ago and the gamerscore is wrong it should be 23781 but its showing 15842. on xbox.com and xbox one it's the correct gamerscore

but not on 360 please help ASAP

Sorry but you have been given the wrong info.

You cannot have certain games removed from games played/achievement list once you have earnt an achievement on them.

The only time you will get your achievements removed is a full Gamerscore reset if you are caught with a modded Gamerscore.

Also,please do not post personal info like your email address on the forums.

It isn't included on the Xbox 360 gamerscore because the 965 points that you earned were earned through the Xbox one system. Therefore it will not carry over to the 360 system. But any Xbox 360 gamerscore you earn on the 360 will still carry over to the
Xbox one.

As mentioned by GrowlingYapper only 360 games shows up here on the Xbox.com website.. but as You've noticed the gamerscore from the Xbox One games is included in the total gamerscore on Your gamercard here on the site..

The Xbox One Smartglass app however shows all games you've played, on both Xbox one and 360,Progress & gamerscore/achievements..

(but the xbox 360 smartglass app only displays 360 games last time I checked)

The gamerscore on Xbox.com may not reflect your most recent gamerscore on the Xbox 360. How long has it been since you received the gamerscore update on your console?

Here's my suggestion: Allow you to keep your gamerscore from the previous console, but keep it separate from the Xbox One. Basically, when viewing achievements, you can see your Xbox 360 achievements & your Xbox One achievements separately, although they
will still all go to the same gamerscore. This way, you can see at a glance what your gamerscore earned is for each invdividual console.

An example:

Total Gamerscore = 100 G

Xbox 360 Gamerscore = 75 G

Xbox One Gamerscore = 25 G
