Xbox 360 Game Cover on Xbox One

Hi

I'm having a problem with a couple of recently released backward compatible games on the Xbox One. There's a green line running down the left hand side by the Xbox 360 logo. It's for Army of Two and Luxor 2, I have attached a picture for confirmation of
the problem.

I have a 8TB external drive with about 160 Xbox 360 games and this problem only happens with this two games. It has happed before with GTA 4 and Forza Horizon, but it was quickly went away with in about 2 days.

Is this an issue with coverart in general? Is any one else having this problem? If the coverart was uploaded incorrectly when will it be fixed?

and looking at that picture, 360 game cover looks pretty ugly as compared to the WII U and the XBOX One covers. That XBOX 360 bar is way too wide.

Hey there ProjectMyst.

Odd that it shows for a brief set of time and then disappears. If you haven't already, try installing the game on a different storage device to see if there's any change. If it stays consistent for the art, it may just be the current art that is used for the

As I mentioned previously this is a problem with the artwork that was uploaded by the backwards compatible team. all they need to do is correct the artcover and reupload it.

This problem doesn't just happen on the Xbox one, it's all so happens on the Xbox iPhone app, on the xbox.com site and the under the achievements section, the only difference is that the line sometimes come up green, black or grey depending on the place. It
can't all be to do with my Xbox!

There are around 300 backward compatible games and none of them does this happen to any part from these two titles so it's obviously a problem with the uploaded artwork.

When you purchase an Xbox 360 game from the Microsoft store, it shows on the cover art that the game is for Xbox 360. The Xbox One games do not show that.

Hi Henzo,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, GTA V for 360 is not covered under game pass. Game pass is for the Xbox one, or PC. There is two versions for the game one for Xbox 360 and other for Xbox one.

There's not an Xbox One version of the game. Even with that cover, it would still be the 360 cover. The ones that list both are just to show that it will work on both. They'll work exactly the same way.
