Xbox 360 game Blackops 2 game disc not launching or loading up on my Xbox One X

I recently bought Black ops 2 to play on my One X thinking I could play it but when I put in the disc it doesn't pop up on the Xbox I don't know if its a software problem or a hardware issue. I tried other games from Xbox 360 and those don't work either and I also Hard reset the system many times.

Hi,

It could be that your Xbox One Blu-ray drive has a hardware fault, specifically with the diode it uses to read DVD discs. To test this, try playing a DVD movie in your console. The disc you test must be a DVD movie disc, not a Blu-ray movie disc.

If the DVD doesn't read, but Xbox One and Blu-ray discs read fine then your console has a hardware fault and can no longer read Xbox 360 and DVD discs. There isn't a user fix for this, they only option is get your console repaired. Sorry.

Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?

No its fisics disc ,the digital games of 360 works ,but when i put my xbox 360 disc doesnt work doesnt read ,in my xbox one x
