    Hi everyone,

    I've been doing research about the topic and I'm afraid the closest issue was posted on 2018 (still unsolved). I'll try to sum it up; so this month Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell (SR: GOoH) was released on
    Games with Gold and I try to download it in my Xbox ONE without any issue at all (I have even played it already). However, when I try to download it in my Xbox 360, it gets stuck on 79% and when supposed to move towards 80, it goes back to
    0% and begins an infinite loop from 0% to 79% and so on...

    I was downloading it directly from the Games with Gold page on Xbox 360 interface so I tried searching for it in my
    Download History instead, where I was surprised with the fact that the game is shown with the "Content Unavailable" tag (I have confirmed this since I already selected it and it sends me directly to the same download screen that Games with Gold and
    yeah, it's SR: GOoH). I don't know if this has something to do but I consider worth of mentioning.

    I have done all troubleshooting steps so far:

    1. Erase the corrupted game from my HD

    2. Erased cache

    3. Restart Xbox

    4. Confirm my connection is stable and even restart my router

    I would really appreciate your help since I want to play this with my brother, thanks.

    Digital purchase on xbox 360

    you can only see any xbox 360 purchases on a 360, only some of the 360 games are backward compat, so if it aint available to download on the xbox one then it is not BC.

    none of the 360 games are compatible on PC.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. At the moment is not on the
    list of available games for backward compatible     games. So it would only be available on Xbox 360. Hope this helps.

    Are you certain it is available for 360 download? That is, on an xbox 360? I may have missed it, but I didn't see it listed among the downloads. Do you see it listed for download?

    You should be able to find any game you have purchased or downloaded for the Xbox 360 by going to settings - account - download history.

    Bear in mind however Dark Souls is also available for the Xbox One, so if you have purchased the Xbox One version, it will not be available on the Xbox 360.

    I purchased a game on my xbox 360 and I don't have it any more but I would like to re download it on my computer

    If it's available for the PC, you would have to purchase it for the PC. 360 games can only be downloaded on a 360 or Xbox One if they're backwards compatible.

    No, Xbox 360 disc games can't be run on anything but an Xbox 360 console.

    (Even for downloaded games, there are only a few that are also available on Windows 8 or Windows Phone, but those are separate purchases from the Xbox 360 or Xbox One versions.)
