Xbox 360 - family lock

don't remember ever setting famly lock -but won't let us in. We have tried the lrxylr but it won't give us a code. If we replace hard drive, will it let us in?

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Devices tab. - https://account.microsoft.com/devices.

2. Locate your registered Xbox 360 console and select Show Details.

3. Select Manage, select Reset passcode, and then follow the instructions to reset your passcode.

hey I put a family lock on my xbox 360 and I forgot and lost the paper that had the code.does any body know how to take it off or how to reset the whole thing?

Unfortunately there isn't any way to put a password/lock on a individual game/s. You could how ever look at family settings although this would possibly become a headache for you, here's a link for alternative information.
