Xbox 360 exchange

Hi,

I am having the Xbox 360. As we know that the games are now not made for this Xbox 360. Only a few like EA(fifa) or wwe are been there for it and also those have very less features to present. So, i wanted to know that is there any exchange program exist
for latest consoles.

request a repair

My 360 just got rrod today (my second one btw). And I was going through the repair and service request. And I have two options. Xbox 360 console advance exchange (SKU 187) and Xbox 360 Console Repair (SKU 266). I was wondering what the advance exchange really
is. Is it just a refurb, or a brand new console?

Thanks for the reply! In reference to having a scratched disc, try taking a look at the troubleshooting resource: Xbox 360
game disc exchange.

If you’ve purchased a game on disc and it doesn’t install on your console, you can exchange it within 90 days of purchase under the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Program.

Note: Before contacting us for an exchange, be aware of the following:

You should first attempt to exchange your disc with the retailer you purchased it from. Most retailers offer a limited exchange period for damaged or faulty discs.

If your Xbox 360 console can't play a disc, first try using the
Xbox Disc Drive Solution to resolve the problem.

The Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Program applies ONLY to games published by Microsoft and is subject to availability. If the game is published by another company, contact that company for its policy regarding exchanging discs. To browse

I have checked on amazon.in but they are giving only 4000 rupees in exchange. I don't think the value of Xbox 360 is only ₹4000.

Are you sure that the Starter Kit is for the console you actually own (i.e. if you have the Xbox One console, that the Dimensions Portal is actually for the Xbox One, and not the Xbox 360, as 360 hardware doesn't work on the Xbox One and vice versa)?

If it is indeed the correct hardware, you should return it to the store to have it exchanged. If necessary have the person that gifted it exchange it.

It would seem that there is a problem with the internal WiFi of this XBOX 360 S. Since it's been less than 30 days you can return to the retailer with the receipt and they will be able to exchange it out for you. If the retailer will not exchange it then
please visit the XBOX Service website here and schedule a repair for the console.

It will be easier to get it exchanged from the retailer.
