Today my xbox live expired. I had received a 12 month xbox Gold card for christmas and I was going to use it today. I entered it on the screen that said my live had run out and that didn't work. I tried it again, and even had my dad come down and help.
It still didn't work. We then went on to a computer to xbox.com/redeemcode. We tried it there twice and again it didn't work. We then searched around on the xbox site and entered in the error code to the support. That still didn't come up with anything. I'm
very active on my xbox and I would appreciate a way to have the code work.
