    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    This error code generally occurs when auto renewal is turned off during an active membership and the card associated with it is removed. Refering to our

    Error 80169CF9 Solutions     page, you will need to wait for your membership to end before you can redeem codes.
