Xbox 360 Error Code 8C210003

Hi, I'm been having trouble for the past day trying to renew my Gold Membership with a few 2 Day Trials.

Well here's details of my problem...

I redeemed my code on 360 after it said my Gold Membership expired and it set me to Silver. The code worked, but I checked my Profile and it shows I'm still at Silver. Furthermore, I tried playing Destiny, and it won't let me play any matchmaking stuff.
For some reason, I'm able to play online games such as Magic 2013 on 360, and Halo:TMCC on Xbox One. Even after a day it's still doing this... I went to Account Management and looked at Your Memberships. First, it says Xbox LIVE Free only. But when I press
Download History and exit out of that, the Your Memberships page now shows 2-Day Gold Trial, and Xbox Live Gameplay, and Xbox LIVE Free. That's kinda weird... and when I press either 2-day Gold or Xbox LIVE Gameplay the error code shows up. And whenever I
sign out then in on my account, the 2-day Gold and Xbox Live Gameplay and Xbox LIVE Free show up on Your Memberships, but I can only press the Xbox Live Free, not the other two until I press Download History for some reason.

Please help. I hope this is just a temporary issue with the services. Thanks.

Getting problems with the 8C210003 Error

Are you trying to purchase a discounted game from the Deals with Gold or get the free download for Games With Gold? If so then the reason you're getting that error code is because a trial pass is only good for some Gold abilities such as online multiplayer.
A trial cannot be used to take advantage of gold only deals.

2 day trials don't actually give you a full gold account, they just let you try some of the features of Xbox Live. For Destiny you need an actually paid for Gold account.
