Xbox 360 error code 80151103, unable to sign in or use any downloaded games.

I tried to use my old Xbox 360 to play some old XBLA games, but when I tried to sign in, it said I'm unable to sign in, error code 80151103.

I've tried every method listed in that thread to get around this error. I don't have 2fa enabled, no Xbox Live Gold or Gamer Pass, I'm using a short enough password, I changed my Microsoft Password. I've rolled back any updates on my 360, deleted my profile off my Xbox, used my cell wifi hotspot to connect the 360. Internet tests in the 360 shows that it can connect to Xbox live. My password is correct, as when I try to sign in it asks me to pick from two profiles to log in with (intentionally tried a bad password and it wouldn't get to this screen). I don't have any other options other then this forum, as there's no longer technical support for the 360 on Microsoft's website.

The only thing Microsoft had said in that thread was "this is a known issue, we are working on it." however, that was almost a year ago, and I doubt anyone is working on it now, especially since they've sunset support for the 360.

Are you sure the error code is 81051103? That number seems to not represent an error. Do you mean 80151103? If so, that error code signifies a problem downloading your Xbox Live profile when you sign in. You can read up more on the issue by clicking the
link below. Possible solutions include resetting your password or re-downloading your profile then trying to sign in again.

Hi Joe,

What’s the specific error code/message you receive when trying to sign in? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common error codes for account access issues on Xbox 360 (and Xbox One and Series X|S consoles through backwards compatible games).

Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?
