Xbox 360 error code 4467 0000 0080 0300 8007 2741 any advice?

I have been trying to update my Xbox 360 in order to connect to the Live service and can't update as I get the error code: 4467 0000 0080 0300 8007 2741. My console is connected to the internet via ethernet/Windows 10 laptop. The console has no problem connecting
to the internet. I have tried clearing the system cache but no luck. I also tried copying the system update files to a USB stick so I could update the console this way, but this hasn't worked either. I used different USB sticks and all were formatted for use
on the console. The USB shows up on the console, but the contents of the USB do not show up. If anyone has a solution for either the ethernet/internet approach to getting this Live update or resolving the USB system update install issue, let me know. I would
try installing the update via a burned CD but I dont have a cd burner. Is there some way of buying a CD with the update on it from somewhere? thanks

There is a recently added error code 4451-0000-0080-0300-8007-2741 an customer told me is this an correct error code?

 

I had the same issue. Long story short: I've had two user profiles (e.g. user1 and user2) on my Xbox360, one of them (user 2) was also logged on new XboxONE console. No matter on which profile on X360 I was logged on, I always got the same error code while
trying to install update. When I moved user2 profile to USB stick, and logged on user1 profile - the update has installed successfully. Now I've moved user2 profile to Xbox360 HDD and everything seems to be working fine.

Maybe logging out user2 profile from XboxONE would do the same - now, when the update is installed I can't check it out.
