Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue saving. Are you saving it to the internal hard drive? Try a power cycle to the console. Hold the power button on the Xbox itself until it shuts off. Wait 10 seconds then turn it back
on.

That error code is simply showing you what type of error you have. In your search bar, look that code up and so what error it's specifically for. If you have any more questions, reply to me below, or visit this support link:

If your Internet provider has suspended your internet due to a billing problem yet has not disconnected your broadband you can sometimes get enough Internet in order to connect but not enough to send or receive any information this can cause said error code
