Xbox 360 emulator says I need to be connected to live

Have you let it connect. Its weird it still needs to go back and sign into the 360 server. Just follow and allow it to sign in and access xbox live

IT WILL NOT CONNECT. It keeps telling me that I need to be connected to live and to trouble shoot my connection. That takes me back to the xbox one network settings where everything checks out fine. I can play and join parties without issues on Xbox One.
I can't download my profile to play Backwards compatible games.

There has been many posts regarding issues with Xbox 360 in the last few days. You can follow Xbox support on twitter to see any updated issues related to what your having. It seem s like you tried everything.

I have already tried all of that. The xbox 360 emulator just won't let me connect even though I am signed in / playing on Xbox One .

First, check the status of Xbox Live here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status. If there re no alerts you can try restarting your Xbox by holding the
power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds. Also, restarting your router might help too. Then try loading into the game once your Xbox power on. Did this help?
