    Xbox 360 emulator account on Xbox One


    I can't download my profile on the 360 emulator

    I deleted by accident and can't de download it

    It just says that I can't connect to Xbox Live even though I test connection and it says that it is fine

    Can anyone help please

    If I'm understanding you correctly, my account is the same on my Xbox one, Xbox 360 and the 360 emulator in the Xbox one.

    Where exactly is this happening at? Is your account the only profile that this is happening with?

    Backwards compatibility not working

    I can choose the sign in button but my account isn’t on the 360 emulator (because a possible solution was to remove the profile off of the xbox one and 360 emulator) so it directs me to download a profile. when this problem first started happening my
    account was on the 360 emulator but if I chose to sign in it would say it couldn’t connect to Xbox live so it couldn’t sign me into my profile.
