Xbox 360 download your account

Every time I try to go on my Xbox 360 Xbox live account it says it can’t and says 80151103, why? And please help because I got some good games and only a 360 not a Xbox 1 or anything else!

Unfortunately there's been a lot of threads on this issue within the last week. While there isn't a permanent fix, a few people have provided some workarounds worth giving a shot.

When the error code shows up, do not cancel it, just press ans hold the power button until the device turns off. Then press the power button again and turn the device on and check of that helps.

Sign into your account on xbox 360 your account ballance should be the same. Buy the game on xbox 360. Go to your xbox one and it will be ready to download.

In order to use the new account on the 360, you would need to download it -

It is not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts.

You would need to purchase a gold subscription for your old profile in order to use gold on that account on the 360.
