    I recently got an Xbox 360 E console second hand to have some fun with and relive my days gaming during high school. I've formatted the HDD on the console and I've successfully downloaded my Xbox LIVE profile onto it, but when I log in, the main menu greets me with the following message:

    "Xbox LIVE is not available on consoles in your region"

    When I turn the console on without logging in, I can access the store normally, but when I try to download/buy something for it, it prompts me to log into my account, which then brings me back to the dashboard with the same message. I'm guessing that the issue is with the region settings on my account. I am from Serbia from which I've moved from and back to again multiple times, and have changed the region of the account during some of those moves. My best estimate is that some of that old info like expired credit cards based from Serbia is still there and causing the issue. I've tried changing the region settings on the account and console but didn't manage to make any progress on solving the issue. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hello @SolesoslavXBOX!

    Unfortunately your country is not supported for Xbox live. Hence why you are receieving that error message. Xbox Supported Countries & Regions | Xbox.

    However, If you are currently in a supported region, you can change your region settings ( Switching your region to another one to get around region blocks is considered market fraud - so please don't do that if you are currently located in Serbia).

    If the issue persist, I would suggest getting in touch with our live agents to check your account from their end.

    Xbox Live availability can vary from region to region, as well as available content. Depending on your region some content may not display. Where are you currently located?
