XBox 360 discs on OneX, Series X.

Hi, since the November back compat update, none of my 360 discs will play on the Series X or OneX. I've tried every trick with resetting, Dns, clearing Alternate Mac etc etc. Nothing. I contacted microsoft suppport via phone and was told that Microsoft was aaware of this problem some peopel had but no ETA on the fix. That was a month ago now and still no follow up, no fix.
I know there are a few people reporting the problem but nothing seems to be getting done here. VEry disappointing to not be able to play our old favourites at home and the lack of answers is poor.
ANybody else have/had same issue and had a workaround or any info?

Yep - and getting very little help or acknowledgement form microsoft considering I've read this has happened to a lot of users straight after the update.
Not happy at all.

Please check to make sure a DVD movie plays so we know the drive is good

Thank you for verifying! To reset your console to factory defaults, you have to:

- Navigate to your Settings

- Select System

- Open Console info

- Select Reset console.

When resetting the console, you have the option to either "Reset and remove everything" or "Reset and keep my games and apps"

I suggest trying the "Reset and keep my games and apps" option if you don't want to risk removing everything.
