    xbox 360 ! currency issue


    I have a strange issue: I live in the Netherlands and my account is also set to this country (language and console) on my xbox one and windows account. But when I turn on my xbox 360 and I go to the marketplace, I find my account has the $ currency instead
    of the € currency. I am unable to find the solution on my 360 and unable to buy 360 games (unable to add € to a $ currency) Can anyone help me out here?

    Lied to by a rep, hung up on by a manager.

    You could've used the card

    I don't think you are fully understanding the issue

    To use the currency card you must use the 360

    Currency cannot be used on the Web portal except for xbox one purchases which don't include gamertag

    It's not am issue support can fix as it's the marketplace issue

    Hey there TIMEMAN2010,

    You can purchase games using currency on their respective consoles: You can use currency to buy Xbox 360 games ON the Xbox 360 just like you can buy Xbox One games ON the Xbox One, but you cannot purchase Xbox 360 games on an Xbox One using microsoft currency.

    currency will not work on Xbox 360 games anywys you will have to use the region migration tool on this website to adjust the settings

    Game unable to be purchased from Xbox marketplace.

    The issue with the pc you canr use currency balance to buy xbox 360 games.

    It must be done via a payment option o. The website or a xbox 360 with currency

    Wait a second do you mean currency on your sccount isnt available ? If so thsn none of your platforms can use currency for bc titles

    The store on the Xbox One and Xbox website have never been updated to use the currency system for 360 content. You can still use currency if you can access a 360.

    it's streamlined you just didn't use the correct.method

    There are only one way to purchase 360,games with currency

    That is only thru a Xbox 360 console

    The 360 web marketplace was.never updated to use currency

    Only.the xbox one can use currency either webmarketplace or console for Xbox one
