Xbox 360 credentials problem

I can't download my profile on Xbox 360 and backward compatibility mode on the newer consoles due to credential problem I can't get into contact with Xbox support properly which pisses me off and I want to get back to playing my favourite Xbox 360 games and most of my Xbox 360 titles are digital purchases meaning I will have wasted a LOT of money and anyone please help me because I am due to start a new gaming YouTube channel which I am planning to cover a variety of Xbox titles in my new videos.

After turning on recurring billing, restart the console and try again.

The two step factor is off and my password is less than 16 characters and I even changed my email address to try and fix this problem.

It didn't work and there is one thing that may work. Last time I had that problem the thing that fixed it was them cancelling my Game Pass Ultimate subscription so I could download my profile and when it did got downloaded, they restored my game pass subscription for me.

Go here account.microsoft.com/services and turn on recurring billing for the subscription

Oh. That is a server side error that has been happening for a while now. There's no definite fix for it. But you can Try the following to see if it fixes the issue;

- Press the Guide button  on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

- Select Network Settings.

- Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

- Select Configure Network.

- On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults.

If that doesn't help, then you might want to perform an offline update on the console to refresh the OS.
