Xbox 360 Controller , cant use it in any game

I tried on a diferent pc and still has the same problem i tried using the cable and has the same problem and because i was using a cable it automaticly detected as a xbox 360 controller. So windows could be the problem or the driver that detects my controller as an xbox360 controller. This problem from what i see is that when my controller is connected normaly using BT without any emulation it works fine but i cant use in any game, but once i use a cable or use a program to emulate it starts to get this problem.

For wireless Xbox 360 controllers, you cannot use the charging cable to connect to a PC (it only transfers power, not data). To use the controller with a PC, you will either need an "Xbox 360 controller for Windows" (non-detachable cable) or use your existing
wireless controller with the wireless gaming receiver for Windows.

Im streaming from my pc because i have a wired xbox 360 controller and you cant connect a 360 controller with xbox one

But my problem is ify brother streams his games i cant do anything els on my pc because it them stops the controller from playing

Well I feel that if you have to use a modded controller then you shouldn't pay any games like COD or Gears I play with a normal xbox 360 controller. but when I'm in game and I have a person that runs and drop shots me after I put a clip in him and he kills
me of they cant quick scope on there own and have to use the controller to quickscope you fro way across them map then that player is sorry I talked to xbox and the use of modded controllers violates the xbox code of conduct due to the fact it is considered
modding and they are currently looking in to a way to ban them

There aren't any drivers to download for Windows 10 as the drivers for Xbox 360 controllers are already built into the OS.

The Xbox 360 controller uses its own type of wireless protocol, it's not Bluetooth and so it can't be connected to a PC directly without additional hardware. It needs an Xbox 360 wireless gaming receiver for use on a PC. This receiver needs to be specifically for Xbox 360 controllers. The receivers for the Xbox One controllers won't work either.
