Xbox 360 continuous login issue

I recently got my brother's xbox 360 for my son to use. Everytime i enter my login credentials it hangs on thr download profile/remember password. I have deleted the profile, deleted the cache 3 times yet still issue remains.

Really frustrating. Starting to wonder is this why i never purchased an xbox and stuck with playstation???

I need help on this issue so please Microsoft, answer this wuestion, how do i log on without being signed out each tike i switcg the console off?

Does the account in question have a 2FA?

Some legacy apps/hardware do not support 2FA and this might be where the problem stems from.
