    Hi,

    Recently, I have been getting this wrror message a lot when i play FIFA 17 on my xbox 360.

    The disc is unreadable and clean it with a cloth and restart the console. However, i also seethis issue gets resolved when i clear content cache from system files. But while playing, the cache buildsnd i get the same error again and again.

    this is very frustrating , please help me resolve the issue

    After you delete the content before downloading again please clear your Xbox 360 cache. Visit this link here

    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache     After that download the content and boot the game. Hopefully it works.

    It could be a corrupt file and that's why it's not working correctly.

    Try deleting the download, clearing your system cache, and then downloading the downloadable content again.

    1. Delete the video from your hard drive. For information about how to delete content from your console, please see

      Copy, move, or delete Xbox 360 content      .
    2. Clear your Xbox 360 system cache.
    3. Restart the console.
    4. Try playing and re-download the Update for Black Ops

    If you installed the game on your console:

    1: delete the halo 4 drive content

    2: clear your system cache :
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    3: launch the game and check if you got back your acces to the content

    (start at step 2 if you never installed the game on the xbox 360 drive)
