Xbox 360 connection between my hotspot error

When I try connecting to Xbox live it gives me a ip error between my Xbox 360 and my hotspot

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to clear reset network to default. When you chose network go to advanced settings and select it there. Once reset, then try and connect again. IF it wont you will need to get with the carrier of the Hotspot.

To clarify, you previously used your Xbox 360 with a phone hotspot, and have now switched ISPs and can't connect to your new network, is that correct?

Does your Xbox 360 get the same error when connected to your phone hotspot?

My old isp was 'Very mobile'. A little slow where I live, but my Xbox worked just fine. Now I changed to 'Tim'. This one is much faster than very mobile, but now the console gives me MTU error.

My pc connects to the hotspot without any problem, the troubles are with the xbox360.

Hi Rodrigo. So I can't connect my mobile hotspot to my Xbox 360. It said "Network: Connected", "Internet: Failed", and "Xbox Live: Blocked". And just for good measure, I used the same hotspot on my Xbox One and it worked fine there. So I'm not sure why I can't use my hotspot on my Xbox 360.

However I did factory reset my Xbox 360's Hard Drive. But when I try to download my account, it still gives me the 8015190A error code.

Since nothing so far seems to be working for me, do I need to cancel my Game Pass for the time being? I don't really want to cancel it but at this point I just want my account on my Xbox 360.
