Xbox 360 collection for Gears of War Ultimate Edition Codes

There was a promotion saying that if i bought gears of war ultimate edition , that it would come with gears 1, 2, 3, and judgement. After buying the game i never received the codes. My purchasing date is Nov. 28/29, 2015 from Target, and the first
time I played that game is early Dec., 2015. But I have gotten any code of Gears of war 1, 2, 3, or either Gears of war 4 beta access. I tired deleting the game and re-downloaded it in Jan, 2016 (well, I don't know if it helps or not, just tired), and cannot
get the code either..

How do I get the Xbox 360 gears of war collection limited time offer with the purchase of Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition?

For Christmas, I was given a 2TB Xbox One S Limited Edition Gears of War 4 Console, which came with a downloadable code for Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition. I redeemed code and downloaded the game. Once the game was downloaded I thought I would receive
a download code from Xbox to get the Xbox 360 Gears of war collection before it ends on the 31st of December 2016.

I don’t know what to do now XD

I heard that Gears collection is get as a benefit of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition.
