Xbox 360 charger

I've used the Energizer charger with both the Xbox 360 and now the One and haven't had a problem with the charger or Batterys

Is your console turned on? Are you able to see if the battery symbol shows it is charging?

These charging kits, unfortunately, do not last forever. Here is the play and charge support page which has more troubleshooting options. It does say Xbox One, but the kits work the same on the 360.

Sounds like it's either the cable or battery causing an issue.

Check the cable to see if there is any visible damage, but quite often the inside of the cable will just deteriorate over time until it stops working, so if you have another charge, you can try that.

If it's not the cable, then it's the battery pack. Again, try swapping for another one to see if it's the issue.

In either case, you'll most likely need to replace the part at fault.

ok so i actually found out what it was! So i have my mic charger plugged into the back usb of the 360 and when the mic is plugged onto the charger it was turning the xbox on which is totally stupid.
