So you are using a Wired direct connection? If not, may sure you do so. Also make sure you have enough storage space left on your Xbox. Most updates requires at least 190MB space available. (256MB in Japan). If none of that helps you can try trouble

More than likely there will be no fix for this in the future. Reason for this possibly, is not sure if they still run a lot of updates for the Xbox 360 as there are multiple Xbox ones out. For example, I know that repairs for the 360 are no more if they
are not in warranty.

I am using a wireless connection i only have one console connected at a time either my 360 or my xbox one. I use a mobile phone to tether my console to. I dont really play multiplayer but i cant use netflix, youtube etc on my xbox one since the november
updates. The network provides me with more than the minimum requirements to be online. My 360 runs perfectly with no issues my xbox one just doesnt connect properly anymore

Im havibg the same issue on xbox one they have a newet verison than me and i cant update mine because there is no update available

i am pretty sure you cant as the xbox would have to have a built in receiver for a mouse and it doesnt, and the console itself doesnt support bluetooth, so unfortunately you cant.
