Xbox 360 can’t read media

So, I’m trying to play a DVD on my Xbox 360 but this message shows up: “The media can’t be read.” Other DVD and games play normally, except for this one. I have the Windows Media Center app and I know it was discontinued in 2016. The DVD I’m trying to
play is from 2019 and I think that’s the main problem. I can’t find any other apps that does the WMC job. What do I do? I already restarted the console and deleted cache data and it still doesn’t work. Please, this DVD is really important for me!

Either xbox 360 cannot support the dvdXbox 360 cannot play blueray dvd's or their is something wrong in the dvd reader in the xbox.

It’s actually a personal recording. There is 2 of them, the first one plays normally and the second one doesn’t. But both were recorded and produced by the same people, I don’t get why one works and the other doesn’t :/

The year it was made shouldnt be an issue. Its more helpful if you tell us what the movie is. Its certainly possible there is an incompatibility with that particular disc, oe that that disc is damaged

It’s various drives, I can’t get the xbox to read media from any of them. They range from about 2 months through to about 2 years, but the media players don’t recognise any media on any of them.
