    My xbox 360 original wants a system update but it doesn't read the disc and usb when trying to update.

    Hey my xbox 360 is stuck to a "SYSTEM UPDATE STOPPED" and it says "Cant read the update from disc please re insert the disc to continue the update "

    and status code is given as 22FB 397F B800 0F00 C000 0013

    what should i do now? Please help

    I am in Hellllll!!!!

    GI Mvideo has not proposed a solution to Ultratank, i have same problem

    Hey there Tshepo!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this 360 update issue.

    Now it's pretty cool that you were able to put that update on a disc and usb to attempt this but we do have another troubleshooting entitled

    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console     that could seriously help you out.

    If you have not already, I would give that page a look through and see if that helps you complete the update you are trying.

    Update error. Console won't start.

    The Update is on the USB. Formatted to FAT32. I plug it in while the console is off. when I turn the console on It says

    "System update"

    "Applying update"

    And the bar won't move and then it displays

    "System Update stopped"

    "Can't read Update from disc"

    "22FB-335A-B800-0F00-C000-0013"

    And then it will just stay on that screen and won't continue to the dashboard.

    The only thing plugged in is the USB device. Theres no CD/DVD in the drive and there's no Xbox memory Cards or hard drives plugged in

    Same thing. Plugged in the USB and turned on the xbox and it says its updating, then fails.
