XBOX 360 can't download profile errorcode 8015000A

I have been having issues with xbox live on my console for the past couple of days. I could still play online yesterday but i couldnt send or receive messages or invites. Then today when i turn on my console i cannot connect to xbox live, i did the xbox live connection test which said everything is okay but i couldnt sign on on my account. I go to redownload my profile and i put in my password and the progress bar stops and then i get the error. I looked up the error code and tried clearing my cache which didnt work. I also tried changing my password which didnt either. I appreciate any help as i just want to play with my friends.

Please try clearing the cache:
Click on Storage. Highlight a storage device then press the Y button on your controller to open Device Options. Click on Clear System Cache under the Device Options screen. Click Yes when the confirm storage device maintenance prompt pops up.

I am also unable to connect to Xbox Live on the 360 side of things. They tell you to delete the profile and redownload it, but then you get the error above.

Then they tell you to delete the cache, factory reset your console, turn off recurring billing for subscriptions, and try using a mobile hotspot. When all of that doesn't work, they tell you to send in your console for repair.

Last time it happened, the issue resolved itself in 2-3 weeks. Microsoft never responded to the information I provided afterwards. I contacted customer support last time and they do not have anything new to add to the discussion.

Making customers troubleshoot in this manner is extremely time consuming and not guaranteed to work.

hey ! I have a problem with loading the profile of a live network. I deleted my profile and tried to re-download my profile from the network and get the error 8015000A. ''Sorry, Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. Error 8015000A''.

The licence is missing, expired, corrupted or does not belong to the current gamertag.
