xbox 360 cant contact xbox live

Ok so i have done everything under the book to get my 360 to connect to xbox live. Cleared system cache, rolled back update, talked to my isp and the ports are opened, reseted my router, unplugged my router. i cant find a way to reset the system or anything like that. I have done everything there is. Anyone had this issue and found a fix?

To be able to help you, we need to gather some more information about your issue. Do you get any error codes when trying to connect to Xbox Live? Also, have you tried to use a different Internet connection, such as your mobile carrier connection, through a Wi-Fi hotspot on your phone?
