Xbox 360 Can't complete friend request process.

Yes I still play the 360, but when I try to add people, an error message popped up saying that it "Can't complete the process. Please try again."

Could it be an Internet issue (where it is has occasional WiFi cuts and drops, etc)?

Is it that Microsoft is trying to make me play the Xbox One? (I got it nerds, just having fun on something I bought!)

Any help is appreciated.

It is usually a common mistake on the internet. Try restarting your network ...

Have you tried connecting your console via LAN cable

If you are having issues with your internet connection it could cause that as well as other issues.

For some reason, when I send friend requests, it says that Xbox LIVE "couldn't complete the process". When I restart my Xbox, the friend requests appear on my friends list, pending. But I still can't send any requests. When I cancel a request, it says it
cannot complete process, and I have to restart my Xbox again.

It only updates whenever I restart my Xbox. It won't work otherwise.
