    Hello,

    I am a brazilian and, since some months ago, I have been trying constantly to buy an Xbox Live Gold acess. That one that is "one month free", however every time that I try doing it the console shows "Your billing account is blocked for purchases (...) Find
    more information looking for status code 80153021 (...)".

    I have already done everything. I had verified Xbox Live status, checked any outstanding balance,and even updated my billing information, but nothing has changed.

    Please, I really do not know what to do now.
