    My star wars game The Force Unleashed for xbox360 is listed under backwards compatible games for the xbox 1 but when I put the disc in nothing happens or shows the game under games or que as if it doesn't support the game. Please help me with this.

    If you mean putting a 360 Kinect game into your Xbox one then it wont work as the Xbox One is not backwards compatible.

    Good day

    Only the HD collection is currently on backward compatible list.

    You wont be able to play the standard game as it was developed for the original xbox in 2004.

    To be able to play original xbox games on the 360 and One you need to download an emulator once you insert the disc. It works for all the games that is in the backward compatibility library.

    Blacks ops lll wont be on backwards compatibility as it was released on Xbox One.

    If games have been released on 360 and on the One it wont be backward compatible.

    It's not gears 3, (for as far as i know gears 3 is not backwards compatible)

    I can't download any backwards compatible game.

    Is there another way then to log in on a xbox 360 console? like if i buy a physical disc of a backwards compatible game, would it work then? and would i be able to download 360 games after that.

    Sorry about that issue.

    Please try this :

    > Eject the disc

    > On the Dashboard , press and HOLD 10 sec the powerbutton of the console

    > Wait 30 sec

    > Restart the console

    > Connect to your account

    > Insert the disc
