Xbox 360 backwards compatibility with original Xbox titles

Does the Xbox 360 no longer support backwards compatibility with original Xbox titles purchased digitally on the Microsoft store? I purchased the elder scrolls 3 Morrowind, and Jade empire recently, Both of which, according to the internet, are supposedly
supported on the Xbox 360 via backwards compatibility, so I bought them both and downloaded them but I can't get either game to start on my Xbox 360... Are these games no longer supported on the Xbox 360, despite Jade empire still saying that it is supported
on the Xbox 360 in its description on the store Page? I'm going to go out on a limb and say that perhaps with the release of the Xbox one, all original Xbox games available for digital download via see Microsoft store, no longer work on the Xbox 360, and now
only work on an Xbox one, is that correct? If that's the case, I couldn't find anything saying that on my search on the internet before purchasing the two aforementioned Xbox original titles, also Microsoft needs to remove from Jade empires description "works
on the Xbox 360" from its official Microsoft store Page.

Yes, the Xbox 360 still supports backward compatibility of original xbox titles. Check the list here for what is available

The backwards compatibility program has ended and new 360 and original Xbox titles will not be added or improved

Unfortunately backwards compatibility has ended for original and Xbox 360 titles. There will be no more BC titles for Xbox One or the Series X|S.
