Xbox 360 Back Compat Frozen logo screen/sign-in issues on Xbox One

I am having issues with a hung Xbox 360 Start up splash and getting my Xbox Profile to sign in when playing any Xbox 360 Back Compat game. I had no issues until last night, I was enjoying MW2 almost all day yesterday but decided to watch some Hulu. When
I tried to hop back on to MW2 it would hang up at the Xbox 360 Start up splash. The only way I've found to get past the hung splash screen is to start up the game either signed out completely or disconnected from the internet.

Things I've attempted:

- Hard Reset w/ cache clear

- Clearing Local 360 Data

- Re-downloading affected Xbox one and 360 Profile (When re-downloading 360 profile, an alert pops in the corner of the screen saying Signed into Xbox Live and another alert pops up telling me how many friends are online/In-game. So it seems to be connecting
but the sign in screen still hangs there with the spinning animation.)

- Using different networks

If anyone else has had this issue and knows a fix or if someone has a different solution I can try that would be much appreciated!

Also, I have not tried re-installing any games because they work so long as I'm signed out completely or playing offline.

MY XBOX IS FREEZING BEFORE IT LOADS

yeah I did do that and it still froze. almost loaded but the screen just said xbox 360 and the logo didnt quite make it

Same issue. BRAND NEW XBox One X, right out of the box. Setup no problem. Installed the BluRay App. Won't play ANY Blu Ray disks. Just get either a frozen spinning wheel of death at the BluRay logo screen, or the perpetual spinning wheel of death at
the logo screen. Never advances to the actual disk.

Please fix!!!!

Maybe there is a problem with non xbox one games? I read earlier today that someone was having trouble trying to get backwards compatible games to work on xbox one. Every game they tried would freeze on the xbox 360 logo screen.

Thank you., I swapped out my Thompson Drive with a Samsung and all I get is the frozen xbox logo screen.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your friend is unable to play Xbox 360 backwards compatible games because he is unable to sign in and connect to Xbox Live. This is a known issue. This issue has been occurring for several
days now. The
Xbox Support Team on Twitter have been made aware of this issue, and are working diligently to fix it. There have not been any updates on this issue at the moment. We suggest keeping an eye on the Twitter feed to find out when the issue will be resolved
completely. At the moment, we are recommending that people sign out and in to their account on the Xbox One home screen. Once you have signed out and signed back in on the Xbox One home screen, try launching the backwards compatible game. You can repeat this
process until your profile is able to sign in to the backwards compatible menu. Be sure to let us know the results!
