Xbox 360 automatic on and off

Discus and support Xbox 360 automatic on and off in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I start my console. After 10 to 15 seconds it automatically off and on until I switch it off .     Disconnect from power an the power brick from the Xbox leave it exactly 10 seconds then try again please
