Xbox 360 Account was deleted

I’ve been recently trying to get my old Xbox 360 account back since I’ve had it since 2012 or 2013, when I was a kid, and I had a lot of game series like Halo maxed out. It’s been years of me trying to get it. The last time I maybe saw it was around 2016, as I got the Xbox one and since I was a dumb kid, I didn’t transfer my account instead made a new one in the new console. When I went to my old Xbox 360 when I learned maybe I could transfer it, my account was no longer there, I believe my sister’s account is maybe there but I cannot recall. Today I went to the saved files and all my game saved files apppear to be there but under the title of an “Unknown Profile.” I unfortunately do not remember my email, password, or even the name of the account since it was so long ago, around 2016 when I used it or even 2015. I was wondering if anyone could please help me try and get it back in some way, I’ve thought about it for years and I really want to get it now and perhaps if by some chance it is found, I can transfer it to a new xbox I plan to get. Thank you.

if it is an xbox live account (so not an offline profile) have you tried deleting your profile and then redownloading it?

Delete a profile (Be sure to select Delete profile only)

Download a profile

You can delete the profile from the Xbox 360 itself. There's no way to delete an actual account.
