    Xbox 360 Account Download


    When i go to download my profile for xbox live on 360, it loads about 10% of the way and then it says its unable to complete the process because of a credential issue. It seems like im not the only one dealing with this problem.

    HELP! Xbox Support hasn't done anything with this problem. I talked to an agent 4 times and did every trouble shoot in the book and its still not working. They claimed Xbox knew about the problem and was supposed to have it fixed three days ago. I guess its a huge issue with several 360 accounts, but they arent fixing the issue.

    Are you using a child account and trying to download an Xbox 360 game on an Xbox One. If so, you will need to download it on an Xbox 360.

    Unless you are downloading it from a xbox 360 console then you need to have a credit/debit card or paypal account linked to your account to download xbox 360 games with gold.

    With the account that downloaded it, on the Xbox 360 go to Settings/Account/Download History and find it in that list.

    Then press A, choose Download Again and it should start downloading.

    Xbox accounts work on all Xbox consoles and PC. There are no Xbox 360 or Xbox One only accounts.

    Your account will still have a downloadable 360 profile, even if you have never owned an Xbox 360 console.
