    [Xbox 360] [8015D000] Problem With Credentials When Downloading Xbox Live Account


    I seem to be having issues downloading my Xbox Live profile to an Xbox 360. I'm met with the following error after entering my email and password "8015D000: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in.

    Go to https://account.live.com to fix this problem."

    Following the link does nothing to help.

    For context, I can sign in on my Xbox One just fine.

    I can sign in to ALL other Microsoft Apps just fine.

    I do have 2FA enabled. I do have an app password.

    What I have tried:

    Restarting My 360 Console

    Clearing 360 Cache

    Deleting Profile From 360 HDD

    Downloading Profile With An External Storage Unit

    Turning Off Recurring Billing

    Changing My MS Account Password

    Deleting Old/Creating A New App Password

    (Tested with multiple App Passwords)

    Changing Xbox 360 Avatar On Desktop App

    None of the above options seem to have worked at all over the past few months and, at this point, I'm at my wit's end. It seems like one of the above solutions has worked for at lease SOME individuals in the past, but none of them seem to work for me.

    Any guidance would be appreciated! Just wanting to play some 360 titles in a different room without carting my Xbox One back and forth every time!

    You see the following error message when you're trying to change the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox Live account:

    This profile cannot be downloaded right now.

    Status Code 8015D000

    This may mean that you entered an incorrect email address or password for your Microsoft account, or that there's a problem with the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live account.

    Solutions

    To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

    Solution 1: Make sure your credentials are correct

    Solution 2: Verify that your account is not blocked

    Solution 3: Check the Microsoft account associated with your gamertag

    Solution 4: Use your child's Microsoft account

    Solution 5: Reset your Microsoft account password

    "This profile cannot be downloaded right now. Status Code 8015d02e"

    Typically, this problem occurs if you entered the wrong Windows Live ID (email address or password), or if there is an issue with your Windows Live ID.

    Backwards compatible games

    Yep, tried redownloading my profile but when i do, it either says cannot connect to xbox live, or it is connected to xbox live and only partly downloads the profile, or tells me there is a problem with my credentials.

    There cant be anything wrong with my xbox live account as i am still gaming on the same console, through xbox live, and downloading xbox live gold games. Ive even been on the website and checked credentials and see nothing wrong with my account.

    I can't download my Microsoft profile on my xbox 360. Every time i try, it says that there's a problem with my credentials or that my password didnt work. Is Live not supported on 360 anymore???
    You my need to reset your password when is it telling you that your credentials are incorrect it is actually telling you that your password does not match your account
