Xbox 1x not opening my media player

Xbox one x, not opening my media player. It gave me a code and asks to visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter code but i found no help there?.......?? Can you find out what's going on????....please.

Ok, using DLNA I can add my NAS on XBOX media centre. However I can't open anything because the Media Player app doesn't ask for the login or password.

Hey Michael,

Thanks for your response! If your NAS supports DLNA, the Xbox One will be able to play media using the

"Media Player" application. Simply open Media Player, allow it to detect the server on your network, browse your media, and play!

I'm also having an issue with media player not seeing my files. The usb format is exfat cause I have a Mac but when the usb is opened on the Media Player it doesn't recognize any of my mp3 files.

Open the media player app. When you run the Media Player app, select your external USB drive, and then select the media that you want to play.
