There's two bind buttons you need to press the one on the controller the one on the top with the ")))" symbol next to it, and the one on the console. Depending on which model you have it may be on the front (S and X) or on the back (Original Xbox One model.)
The below images should show you an example of the S model and the original model's sync button locations.

Is there anything next to your Xbox? it might be interference of something, especially something with bluetooth.

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your console. I can understand how frustrating this can be.

Following the advice above is your best bet, but if you still have no success you may request a repair here at Device support

When you sync the controller by pushing the sync button on both the console and controller, try eliminate any interference including phones.

Hope you find a solution and can get back to enjoying your new console.

Its mainly sea shells. Theres nothing in front of the xbox itself its all off to the side. Actually now that i think about it I do have LED strip lights on that stand that connect to my phone via blue tooth. But theyve always been there. Its only sometimes
that it wont stay synced.
