    Hi ,

    I bought XBOX ONEX 1TB with Forza Bundle from Costco. I was able to use the XBox Game Pass code for 2 weeks that came with the XBOX. However, I'm not able to find any code for Forza and I'm not able to use the 3 month XBox-Game Pass Code. Appreciate
    any help in this regard.

    If the Download Voucher is nowhere to be fund in your packaging i would ask the customer service of the store you bought it from in your case Costco.

    If the Xbox Game Pass Code or any other code may not work you should contact the Xbox live support via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ so they can find out whats wrong with the code and help you get a new one or ensure the one you have will work.

    If Costco tells you that the missing code is the fault of xbox you should also contact the Xbox Live support.

    I hope that your problem will be fixed soon.

    Missing DLC Codes

    I purchased a Xbox ONE X Forza games bundle and the games DLC codes are missing - I have search all the paperwork and found the codes for Games Pass and Gold subscribption, so I know what Im looking for, Both Forza Motorsport 7 and Horizon 4 content
    is missing and no dlc paperwork or codes to be found.
    Try looking on the box, there may be a peelable label on the bottom hiding the codes.
