    I purchased the XBOX One S on the 8th of June for $239.99 and I see today that the price has dropped $50 for all XBOXs effective tomorrow. Would it be possible for me to receive some kind of compensation for this purchase? Thank you!

    Yeah, the price is to discourage anyone buying before release. There will always be that guy that misreads the print and buys it for $199.99 though. Price will be corrected by the end of the day today.

    I think that the Xbox One X for $350 is too big of a loss for the corporation. However I do believe that the price for the all digital edition should be $199.99.

    I do not forsee a price drop until next May which is traditionally when price drops happen. May 2010 was the introduction of Slim, May 2011 was a price drop for 360 and Wii, and possibly May 2012 could see a 4GB go to 129.99 and a 250 GB 199.99.

    Just a guess based on the past few years.
