Xbox $100 gift card purchased from target says "Already redeemed"

Recently, my mom bought me two $100 xbox gift cards from target. One of them was redeemed perfectly fine, but when I went to redeem the second code I was met with a "code already redeemed" message.

So I contacted xbox customer support to see if they could shed light on my situation. Within the 40 minute conversation, xbox support stated that the code was used on completely
DIFFERENT account 14 hours before I even scratched off the code on the back. I even have a written message from xbox tech support showcasing what time each code was used, and stating it was on said different account. And not my own.

He couldnt give me any information on the account that stole my $100, or compansate me for any of it at all.

I even contacted target customer service and they're investaging my case right now with all my proven emails and pictures, but they havent gotten back to me at all.

Is there ANYTHING else I can do? My mom does this every year for my birthday, and she started crying when I explained the situation. I just want my $100 back.

I've also attached my message from xbox customer support. The first half is the code that was used on a different account entirely. While the last half is the code that was redeemed successfully.

If you ourchased these codes from target there is a number to call on your reciept.

It doesn't matter if I post the code because I know for a fact it was already redeemed.

First, I am not a person from Microsoft, but even if the code didn't work putting it online to see if someone else can get it to work isn't a good idea at least putting the code letter for letter. If It was on a receipt then check to see if a line appears
in it and verify it, if it is clearly written check caps or anything like that mistyped numbers. If nothing helps Microsoft can't do anything about it, if it doesn't work after your retry putting it in on your box with a controller then they won't be able
to do anything. Sorry bro i know it sucks.

As you have already made contact with Xbox Customer Support, and received information in regards to the code you were attempting to redeem, and have already reached out to the retailer for further info, at this time there is no further actions that you can
take. The only thing left to do is wait for Target to finish their investigation and provide feedback to you.

At that point, depending on the circumstances, there is a possibility you will have to reach out to
Support once more to receive further guidance.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed

I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.
