XBOX 1 year membership promo code not received

On my xbox 360 dashboard i was prompted with a message stating that , " You've been selected for this special over"

Simply buy a new xbox one and activate it by 6/18/16 and get a 1 year xbox membership by 6/25/16

so i bought a xbox one and activated my account on it before the deadline and i still have not received the code plzz, help its been a week now.

I have not yet received my promo codes for the 90 day free on Groove music......

From the Terms of Service for that promotion:

During the first 30 days, customer will receive a promo code for 3 months of Groove Music Pass at no charge. Upon completion of the promotional period, membership will be automatically
billed as specified at signup unless cancelled. Limit 1 promo code per customer, single use only, Promo code must be used by December 29th, 2016.

Do note that when you receive a code there IS an expiration date. If you haven't received your code after 30 days of membership, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it.

Received live gold access code for 1 month but 14 days in real

I've bought new xbox one console with promo code for 1 month of xbox live gold. But wtih this promo code i received 14 days only. How to restore lost days?
