Xbox 1 stream to windows app randomly stops streaming

I'm in dire need of someone's help. Please! /:

Ever since the app for windows 10 came out, my xbox and laptop have worked PERFECTLY together. I was streaming anything on my computer. About a week ago, the streaming all of a sudden was stopping on its own. I don't know what else to do. My modem & router
couldn't be any better, I've hard restarted my xbox several times, ive restarted my laptop several times, kept restarting my router and modem by unplugging them, I stay hard-wired.. but this also happens wirelessly!!

Doesn't matter what I stream.. I can just stay at the xbox home screen, and after approximately 5-20 seconds, it'll stop streaming and say "We lost the connection to your console. Run the streaming test to get suggestions about how to make streaming
better" .. the thing is, I am hard wired, and its still doing this to me! I've bought new Ethernet wires, I've tried wirelessly again and parked my laptop right next to my router. I don't know what else it could be. It's a new router. It was working
PERFECT up until about a week ago. Why would this happen now out of no where? Nothing went wrong with my router. It's in a protective area, but not being blocked by anything.

Could someone please come to my rescue and help me with this? I'm unable to play my xbox on the TV because it's used by stubborn people... that's why I started streaming on my laptop.

I don't know what else to do. I've tried every possible troubleshoot that's available. Is it Xbox? But this just started about a week ago.

Please, please, please help me.

Pressing B button on Xbox One Controller causes Xbox App Game Streaming to Stop Streaming

Using the Xbox App on Windows 10 streaming the Xbox One when I press the B button the Stream instantly stops and goes back to Xbox One App. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Anyone ever experience this? please? The streaming never lags or has lagged before. Everything runs smooth.. The app just cuts off the stream on it own

I had a very similar experience. For me, it seemed to coincide with the arrival of the Windows Anniversary Update for Windows 10.

 

Ahh. /: Welp, at least you replied. I thank you for that. I just can't stand it anymore. It does exactly as I described. Up until that time it started its shenanigans, the streaming never dropped... unless I was ridiculously out of range.

It's a friggin shame

I hope you find a solution for yourself. I've dealt with the issue for a month. I couldn't deal with it anymore, so I just bought a new TV and took my xbox to my room (was in my living room). I was too lazy to move my xbox and buy the TV, that's why I played
on the laptop lol. I was actually gonna try and see if it worked one day this week.. but you replying to this post just made me change my mind lol. Apparently it's still not working. You'd think someone at Xbox would try to help. But all they see is dollar
$ign$.

@Voiceofid - Did you ever find a solution? I haven't tried playing my Xbox on my PC since I ran into this issue. Just came across some old emails and figured I would ask if you found a solution?
