    Which app are you trying to update?

    Are you trying to update it on your Xbox One Console?

    Are you getting an error code? (If you are, can you paste it here?)

    Where is it telling you to factory reset your Xbox console?

    Thanks for your post. If there are any issues with purchasing items on the store, try purchasing the items on the

    Microsoft Store     website. We recommend checking the region on the console and on the
    Microsoft account. In order to change the region on your Microsoft account, select the hyperlink we suggested and choose change 360 account region. Make sure
    they are set to your local region.
