Xbox 1 slow to receive notifications - messages, invites, etc.

For some reasons, my xbox 1 has recently been very slow to receive any messages or invites. For instance, my smartglass app on my phone will receive a message, and the xbox will not receive that message until a few minutes later. I have not had any issues
with connectivity, streaming, or any other aspects of the xbox, so I don't believe it is my Internet. I have been trying to find a solution, but nothing has worked so far.

xbox one game achievements not popping up on screen

I have same problem, I don't receive any notification (achievements, messages, friends invites, friends online, etc.)

All notification turned on, hard reset, clear cache, factory defaults didn't work

 

Can't receive Social Notifications But can send out.

I can't receive any Social Notifications, such as messages, party invites, and game invites. I receive the messages but not pop up notifies me that I have received it, when I send out a message or game/Party invite the notification for it being sent is shown......so
the popup function works.....just not when I receive them.....

 

Have you tried a hard reset? That usually fixes weird issues like this for me. If not, try unplugging it for 5 minutes.
