    Hello,

    This started happening about a week ago. I had used autoHDR without problem for years and suddenly one day last week my audio cut completely out. Nothing on the home screen, menu or games. Only netflix had sound coming from the TV or soundbar (I tried switching to see if it was one or the other) .I had launched a game while in Netflix and while the game had no audio through TV or SBar, it worked fine through a headset.

    Eventually the audio came back (I had followed instructions on Xbox support, reset my TV and switched HDMI ports) but it wouldnt work in certain video apps anymore.

    I had noticed it (not) happening in Prime Video, Netflix and then today only with certain movies in my Movies&TV app. I realized it was happening only when HDR was active. I went into settings and turned off the AUTOHDR10 option and it's completely returned to normal- except now I cant watch in HDR.

    Is this something that's happened to others? My PS4 pro isnt having this issue but I dont really care to use it as my Xbox is my main console.

    Audio Crackling has made a return with the most recent update.

    The Xbox One S as well as my LG UH8500 4k tv both had updates yesterday 8/22/16. since the updates I have not noticed trouble with the audio anymore. It seems the updates resolved the issue. I still have the HDR turning back on when exiting HDR video though
    but that is not as big a deal as the audio. You may want to check settings on your xbox and update your system and check your televisions as this has resolved the audio cutting out for me.

    Xbox One S audio cuts out for a second every 30 minutes when 4K resolution selected.

    Hi guys I have the same problem audio cuts out when gaming for 1 sec when using 4kuhd on Xbox one s I have a lg oled c6p also when playing destiny there is a flickering in the picture it goes away after switching the Xbox one s to 1080p and back to 4uhd
    but comes back very few days i hope they fix this !!!

    2016 Vizio TV and Xbox One S - Video Black outs

    I figured it out, if I turn off HDR on the Xbox and Color Sampling on the Vizio the issue goes away. It has to be both.

    I contacted Vizio and they are aware of the issue and working on a fix, oddly when I called the first time they had no advice for me except to wait for the fix, I doubt they haven't figured out the issue with the HDR yet.
