    Xbox 1 resolution problems on a ROKU TCL TV


    Has anyone had problems with the Xbox 1 being stuck in the 640 resolution? Ever since the update on I downloaded on 11/3/17, my Xbox has been stuck in the lowest setting resolution. I have tried changing every setting on the Xbox and my TV (ROKU TCL TV 7105X
    that is 4K), and I've even tried different cables and different ports on the TV. I've followed all of the advice on the forums, from basic resets to factory restore. No luck. Of course, after I tried the factory reset, now nothing comes through. My TV just
    asks if the console is turned on. If I switch to to another input and back to the Xbox, sometimes it's just multicolored lines from the middle of the screen to the bottom. Anyone have this problem? More importantly, any solutions???

    Setting up Xbox One X with Roku TV

    Is there a way to set up the One X with a TCL Roku TV, such that the Roku functions of the TV will work with the console? Currently, I have a 5.1 surround bar hooked into the TV's HDMI ARC port.

    I have the same problem. It looks like there aren't any remote codes yet for the TCL Roku TV's. They use a special Roku remote that has an ON - OFF button unlike normal Roku remotes.

    Hopefully we will get an update soon that includes a new remote code for these.

    I have a 55FS4610R and all of the codes that the XBOX has for TCL do not work.

    4K/HDR

    The TV is a TCL Roku model 55s401. I guess its possible that it could be the TV or a bad input jack but I have 4K/HDR with netflix, Hulu, etc. without any issues when using the TV’s built in apps.

    They are correct i just set it up as a vizeo tv and it took around the 8th time for the xbox to mute my tv and it worked everything is working correctly.Now when i use my voice to cut off and on the xbox it also turns the tv on and off. My model is a tcl
